China has been carrying out the industry restructuring from manufacture to service industry. Accordingly, Chinese government has developed new business model focused on internet information technology. Furthermore, it has actively enforced various policies and legislations in order to develop and open its trade in services. In this context, Chinese Prime Minister Li Ke Qiang has made an official announcement in 14th Feb. of 2016 that 15 areas such as TianJin, ShangHai will be selected as Chinese Pilot Area for innovation of trade in service and strengthens the supporting policy to these areas. This is more likely that based on the policy achievement in ShangHai Pilot Trader Zone, pilot zone will be expanded to the whole country. It is also the phase to implement promoting service trade throughout the country. Therefore, Chinese service trade having potential for growth is receiving the global attention. The change of China implies that Korea makes an opportunity to revive its economy taking advantage of Korea-China FTA. Besides, additional negotiation on service trade in Korea-China FTA still remains, meaning that Korea has a chance to more open Chinese service market toward Korea. Thus, the paper will analyze the policies and legislations for Chinese Pilot Area for Innovation of Trade in Service first. Based on the analysis, it will provide meaningful policy proposal and implication to not only the government, which preparing for the additional negotiation for service trade of Korea-China FTA, but also related enterprise.
