Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate how kindergarten teachers perceive and implement creative teaching ability. To measure the differences of importance perception and implementation level of kindergarten teachers’ creative teaching ability, creative teaching ability test tool for early childhood teachers of Kim, Ho(2013) was used in this study. The results of the study were as follows: First, the importance perception of kindergarten teachers’ creative teaching ability among groups of teachers having over 11 years’ experience, teachers who graduate school, and teachers in public kindergarten was higher than other groups. Second, the implementation level of kindergarten teachers’ creative teaching ability among groups of teachers having over 11 years’ experience, teachers who graduate school, and teachers in public kindergarten was higher than other groups.
