Abstract
Today, Enterprises have experienced more diverse stakeholder including customers and many symptoms of diversity. Being in the 21st century, Many global enterprises have transferred to Integration Inclusion strategy from Non-discrimination strategy in order to keep growth and competitive advantage in the global market. The main objective of this paper is to study the diversity management status and the potential transfer to Integrated Inclusion strategy of Korean enterprises. To achieve this purpose, it was empirically verified the effect of diversity level on Integrated Inclusion and Non-discrimination strategy, and the effect of both diversity strategies on organizational performance. The research results clearly indicated that Integrated Inclusion strategy was positively influenced by diversity level of enterprise and contributed to organizational performance. Thus, this paper implied that it would be crucial for Korean enterprises's growth to focus on Integrated Inclusion strategy.
