Abstract
Liquid rubber can effectively toughen epoxy resin, but its application in engineering is still limited by the lack of thermal diffusivity. Nano-alumina is a kind of spherical material with good thermal diffusivity. In this paper, nano–alumina is added to toughened epoxy resin to improve the thermal diffusivity of toughened epoxy resin composites. In this paper, 10% liquid rubber and 1% - 5% nano-alumina were added into epoxy resin, the microstructure of the bending fracture surface was observed by SEM scanning electron microscope, and the diameter distribution of epoxy resin / liquid rubber / nano-alumina was characterized. By measuring the electrical properties of Epoxy Resin Nanocomposites, the electrical feasibility was verified.
