Abstract
The condensers in the existing refrigerator are welded by the traditional manual welding method, which is largely limited by the proficiency and operation status of the workers. The strong arc light and smoke dust pollution produced during welding have certain harm to the health of the operator. The resulting welds are short, discontinuous and of uneven width, and the welding quality is not easy to be guaranteed. By comparison, welding by using a welding robot not only effectively ensures the welding quality, but also works continuously and efficiently in harsh environments. For the welding requirements of condenser to be welded, a dual-position arc welding robot workstation is developed on the basis of welding robot, using double robot, positioner and pressure loading mechanism to jointly control the assembly and welding operation of condenser. This project has important theoretical significance and application value.
