Abstract
We propose a polymeric optical interferometer with a built-in amorphous silicon photodiode, in a configuration that employs phase shifters instead of spectrometers. This allows to obtain high precision measurements, while also using inexpensive optical elements. As a case study we measure milk’s fat content.
