Abstract
We propose and simulate a photonic neuromorphic engine that exploits the Lithium-Niobate-on-Insulator (LNOI) integration platform. The resulting reduced-precision vector-matrix multiplier can trade off speed with resolution at a reduced power consumption enabled by LNOI platform.
