Abstract
As Raman spectroscopy allows the study of organic compounds' structure and composition in aqueous solutions, it is often chosen as a tool for detecting and identifying viruses in human biological fluids, such as saliva and pharyngeal secretions, urine, and blood. Our work demonstrates that the Raman scattering signal combined with machine learning algorithms can be used as an express method for diagnosing viral diseases.
