Abstract
Although the concept of SPOC was not first put forward by Chinese scholars, it has been fully applied all over in China. SPOC is a kind of online offline blended learning whose online teaching resources are limited to MOOCs. It is generally recognized that in the teaching design of a SPOC course, 20% - 50% of the teaching time should be arranged for students to carry out independent online MOOCs learning, and the remaining time should be used for offline learning. Therefore, when doing SPOC’s literature review, we should also review the development of blended learning and MOOC in China, because they are highly related.
