Abstract
This paper discusses results from a hardware simulation and instrumentation system development effort that led to a series of tests pertaining to positive-adaptive radar concepts in outdoor urban environments. The focus of the investigation and subsequent discussion in this paper is on the development of “sparse spectrum” intelligent processing waveforms developed specifically for detecting moving vehicles that are embedded between two buildings.
