Abstract
This research mainly aims at the simplified model of complex CSTR chemical process, which presents a NARMAX modeling approach based on a large number of input and output data. According to the model residuals, a series of correlation analysis is used to verify the validity of the model. By using the NARMAX model, a nonlinear pole placement controller is designed in terms to the U-model. In the simulation, the proposed approach is compared with traditional PID, which illustrates the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
