Abstract
The development of systems for automating machine operations is due to the desire to achieve higher productivity, higher quality and repeatability of the obtained results during processing, as well as independence of production from the qualification of the worker. This paper describes the design of a CNC drafting microprocessor system that is small in size, low in cost, easily controlled by a computer, and can be interrupted or stopped suddenly, with one click of the computer mouse. The main hardware and software components used are: Arduino Uno development board, CNC Shield, stepper motors, simple chemical, Arduino IDE software and Inscape software.
