In the task of public opinion sentiment analysis, short-text sentiment analysis and public opinion network sentiment evolution models play a crucial role. This paper provides an in-depth discussion of public opinion sentiment analysis, which is divided into two categories: short-text sentiment analysis and public opinion network sentiment propagation.Solutions based on sentiment analysis are further discussed from aspects such as public opinion texts and the impact of public opinion networks, followed by an introduction to datasets construction and model evaluation. Finally, an outlook on future research directions is provided.
