Abstract
This article proposes a data collection and integration system for stacker cranes based on distributed message queues. The main design concept is to build a large amount of data, real-time interaction, and reliable distributed stacker crane operation data collection and integration system between each stacker crane and the finished product warehouse, auxiliary material warehouse, and filter rod warehouse, as well as between the three warehouses and the logistics central control room. By collecting various operation data of stacker cranes and using a distributed management and buffer queue loop mechanism, it ensures that all data of stacker cranes in the three warehouses can be smoothly collected and sent to the server for subsequent analysis. This paper achieves real-time interaction among servers, primary, secondary, and sub stations to process data and provide timely warnings, thereby reducing the occurrence of faults and preventing accidents. It significantly reduces the downtime of stacker cranes, improves the efficiency of inbound and outbound logistics, and makes the maintenance and upkeep of stacker cranes more scientific and cost-effective.
