Abstract
The results of the development the new bipolarization S and L bands radiometer are presented. The features of the construction of the circuit and the general layout of the structural elements of the radiometer are shown. The radiometer microwave elements designs of the components are given. The main characteristics and design features of a bipolarized dual-band printed-type antenna of a radiometer are given. The use of small-sized band-pass microwave filters on surface acoustic waves is justified to reduce the microwave receivers dimensions and weight of the radiometer as a whole. It is shown that it is possible to use the new radiometer as a load on agricultural drones and use it to introduce technologies for remote sensing of soil moisture content and temperature into a precision farming use system to ensure sustainable development of agriculture, and in particular, crop production.
