Abstract
In the existing inductance identification methods based on high-frequency signal injection, the cross-back potential term is not considered, the precision of which is affected by the motor speed. In order to deal with this issue, the influence of cross back electromotive force on the high-frequency model of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is analyzed. On this basis, the high-frequency motor model considering cross back electromotive force is proposed. An online inductance identification method based on cross back electromotive force compensation of PMSM model is proposed, which improves the precision of inductance identification at high speed. The effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method are verified by the experiments on a 6-kW high speed PMSM drive.
