Abstract
Cloud computing, with all of the numerous benefits it offers, has in recent years brought about a lot of major change in the ways in which people work and live. However, issues over security continue to be a key worry for a large number of individuals who are considering using cloud computing; this presents a significant barrier to the widespread adoption of this technology. In this investigation, we looked at some of the most popular security models for cloud computing, such as the multiple-tenancy model, the risk accumulation model, and the cube model. All of these models were evaluated. In addition to this, we have created a list of the most major security problems that have been raised by a variety of companies. This was done in order to educate customers about the risks associated with cloud computing and to make a little effort towards elevating the standard of security for this technology. We came to the conclusion that offering a range of security solutions from the perspectives of design, operation, and security incident response was the best way to address the current security issues surrounding cloud computing.
