Abstract
Industry 4.0 has ushered in a new age of profound change, one in which technological advancements and human ingenuity are merging to redefine whole sectors. The incorporation of AI into HR processes is the driving force behind the current revolution. Within the framework of Industry 4.0, this study investigates the far-reaching effects of AI on HR digitization. Our study sheds light on the mutually beneficial interaction between AI and HR processes via the use of rigorous techniques, such as mathematical modelling and ethical issues. The findings confirm a causal link between AI implementation and HR outcomes, highlighting the opportunity to boost effectiveness, talent management, and workforce output. The temporal dynamics also show that this connection is dynamic, which highlights the need of flexible approaches. Predictive models built with machine learning may be used practically to foresee HR results from AI implementation. The ethical implications of AI-driven HR highlight the significance of justice and the elimination of prejudice. This study helps HR experts, company executives, and government officials better understand the evolving environment of AI-driven HR and implement constructive reforms in the field. By highlighting the importance of advanced AI algorithms, ethical considerations, interdisciplinary collaboration, and a human-centred approach, this research points to a path forward that will make AI-driven HR in Industry 4.0 not only efficient but also ethical, equitable, and responsive to the changing needs of today’s workforce.
