Abstract
To fully tap into the potential of medium- and long-term resource regulation, promoting the absorption of wind power, this paper proposes a two-layer optimization model for wind-hydro-thermal trading based on medium- and long-term contract transfer mechanism. At the upper layer of the model, based on the market trading mechanisms, establishing a medium-to long-term trading model of wind power determination section, hydropower, and hydropower, so as to obtain the trading volume and prices of medium- and long-term market. At the lower layer of the model, based on the contract transfer mechanism, the uncertain part of wind power is transferred and traded in contracts with hydropower and hydropower, increase wind power consumption. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method were verified through comparative analysis of simulation examples.
