Abstract
There are often illegal phenomena such as ticketless operation and extreme weather operation at the power construction site, while traditional video monitoring methods are difficult to realize real-time monitoring of on-site machinery, and the early warning ability is insufficient. Aiming at the state perception of work machinery in extreme weather environment, this paper develops a wireless pose sensor with the function of monitoring the motion status of work machinery based on multi-axis acceleration sensor through the research of highly reliable wireless communication technology. By studying the motion characteristics of different operating machinery, setting the alarm threshold of illegal operation of operating machinery, and carrying out application tests, the effectiveness and reliability of the monitoring device are verified.
