Abstract
Dinotis is a platform for content creator and community that has been developed by PT Davel Surya Cipta to express and monetize content directly from audiences with real-time videos through direct payments by offering solutions for creator, communities and companies. The Dinotis application has been downloaded by more than 5,000 users on Playstore. However, there are several inconvenience experiences of user related to user registration, login, the application interface is less user-friendly and some bugs that has still appear. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze the user experience of the Dinotis application in terms of the ease and convenience of accessing the application and to provide recommendations from the experience of the Dinotis application user. The analytical method uses a survey and usability testing. The survey was conducted using the USE Questionnaire method, where the product evaluation refers to four dimensions, namely usefulness, satisfaction, ease of use and ease of learning. From the results of usability testing of 20 selected respondents, for usefulness is 76%, satisfaction is 72%, ease of use is 77% and ease of learning is 81%. From the results of the analysis, the recommendations will provide for application improvements and Market Fit for the user interface, namely adding a shortcut to the top page and screen resolution according to the size of the monitor or laptop and minimizing the action to return to the main page.
