Abstract
This paper analyses the shortcomings of traditional security chip fault detection methods and proposes a new type of automated security chip fault detection method. This method builds a fault detection strategy in the computer software, using the advantage that the configuration file can be flexibly added to the fault detection instructions, the fault detection instructions are completely extracted from the computer code, which is more versatile and convenient than the traditional way, and truly realizes the goal of designing the fault detection method by the fault detection operator himself, and at the same time realizes the automated detection function, which greatly enhances the efficiency of the security chip fault detection.
