Abstract
This paper introduces a method to measure off axis rotating objects utilizing a structured light sensing scheme. This approach uses a single source to generate frequency tagged Orbital Angular Momentum OAM beamlets that can be used to detect object dynamics using a single detector. Experimental results are provided for an off axis rotating object representational of a propeller-based system.
