Abstract
This paper introduces a ridge waveguide slit phase-frequency sweep antenna array, the array consists of 10 heterogeneous ridge waveguides, the single waveguide unit adopts S-shaped slow wave line structure, the slit is opened on both sides of the center line of the broadside of the waveguide, the Taylor line source synthesis method is used to assign the antenna directional map, reduce the sub-flap level, and can reduce the beam width to ensure the signal transmission distance and transmission quality. The 3D simulation software is used to model and simulate the slit antenna. The simulation results show that the sub-flap level of the antenna is less than -18dB in the frequency band of 15.5GHz-16.5GHz, the azimuthal phase scan beam range is more than $\pm \mathbf{45}^{\circ}$, and the pitch frequency scan beam range is more than 50°. The antenna has a large frequency sweep range, easy processing and excellent performance, and can be used for airborne electric scanning radar or civil maritime navigation radar.
