Abstract
We demonstrate an on-chip terahertz emitter based on Cherenkov radiation in terahertz band generated in graphene-based hyperbolic metamaterials. Terahertz radiation with power of 60-100nW at 8THz is observed experimentally, which is valuable in terahertz technology.
