Abstract
Originally, encryption techniques were used for owner authentication. Recently, digital image watermarking (DIW) presents a better scheme for copyright protection. This work presents a watermarking system based on singular value decomposition and hybrid redundant discrete wavelet transform. The technique includes fragmentation of cover image in four sub-bands. Arnold transform is used as a scrambling method which gives security to the proposed method. Watermarked image is undergoing through several attacks to find out the robustness. Experimental results show enhanced performance and better robustness of proposed scheme than existing scheme.
