Abstract
With the development of information technology, the research of information literacy education in universities is gradually rising. Taking 1296 papers of Web of Science database as sample data, this research uses CiteSpace to carry out bibliometric analysis of the literature, aiming to clearly understand the hotspots and trends of information literacy education in universities, and provide reference and inspiration for future academic research. The result shows that the research hotspots in the past ten years are mainly concentrated in four categories: targets of information literacy education in universities; online information literacy education and extension of information literacy education in universities. Based on this, the future research trends and the limitations of this research are analyzed.
