This is not just limited to external consulting expenses, but also includes internal costs in the preparation of a certification, that need to be considered. The benefit is hardly measurable and is typically realized at a later point of time. Generally, regulations that are formalized in a QM system by implementing procedures und instruments lead to a increase of quality, effectivity and efficiency of process chains.
