Abstract
This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows: To assess the efficacy and effectiveness of interventions (which may be placebo) to treat denture stomatitis. The following primary null hypothesis will be tested for comparison between groups receiving or not active treatment against denture stomatitis: There is no difference between active treatment or placebo for the treatment of stomatitis caused by dentures.
