Abstract
Highlights •DCGAN Architecture for MRI Image Generation uses DCGANs to create high-fidelity synthetic MRI images similar to real-world examples.•Adversarial training assures that the produced images continue to increase in quality, eventually becoming indistinguishable from genuine photos.•Histogram matching normalizes MRI intensity, enhancing contrast, brightness, and visual quality for accurate neurodegenerative diagnosis.•A dual-CNN architecture fuses Alzh-Net outputs, enhancing multi-scale feature capture, accuracy, and robustness for image segmentation.
