Abstract
Highlights •A triplex RT-RAA-LFA assay targeting the most conserved genomic region was developed to diagnose PEDV, PDCoV and TGEV.•The entire testing process could be completed within 15 min, including 10-min nucleic acid amplification and 5-min visual LFA readout.•The assay is a powerful tool for the molecular epidemiological survey of porcine diarrhea.
