Abstract
Highlights •Multiple molecular markers are combined to improve the accuracy of bladder cancer in diagnosis and prognosis.•Except for the diagnosis and prognosis, personalized treatments such as immune checkpoint inhibitors have also been added.•We summarize the molecular typing based therapies for muscle-invasive bladder cancer using a multi-layer pie charts.•We summarize the regulatory network of P53-PPARγ-PTEN in BC proliferation using concise illustrations.
