Abstract
@@@@Highlights •Zr and Fe co-regulated cobalt wrapped in N-doped carbon fibers were prepared.•The surfaces of the metals were oxidized to form amorphous oxides layer.•Interfacial effect was exhibited in the crystalline/amorphous heterostructure.•Highly synergistic effect was exhibited among the multiple components.•The optimized catalyst exhibited superior OER electrocatalytic activity than RuO2.
