Abstract
@@@@Highlights •ROS-responsive prodrug hydrogel scaffold 3BP@DIPPGel was formed by phenylboronic acid-modified dipyridamole prodrug and 3BP-loaded PVA.•In the scaffold 3BP@DIPPGel, DIPP allowed the scaffold to exploit the ROS within tumors for the spatiotemporally sustained delivery of dipyridamole and 3BP with different release kinetics.•This 3BP@DIPPGel approach can effectively reverse tumor immunosuppression and promote antitumor immune responses by inducing tumor-specific pyroptosis and triggering macrophage polarization.•3BP@DIPPGel plus anti-CD24 therapy provided long-term immune memory against tumor metastases and recurrence in mice.
