Abstract
The article summarizes the temperature and precipitation conditions across Mexico in 2013. Topics discussed include the dry-spring months, the near-normal summer precipitation, and the above-normal precipitation in the last quarter of the year. Also mentioned are the total annual rainfall, and the increasing temperature trend since 1971.
