Abstract
The article reports on the 22 companies contending for the four casino licenses in Newburgh, New York that will be given by the Gaming Facilities Location Board. Among the gaming companies seeking to have the licenses are Genting Malaysia, Empire Resorts, and Caesars Entertainment. Also mentioned that the Newburgh casino will be a gain in New York according to executive director of Dutchess County Tourism Mary Kay Vrba.
