Abstract
In this article the authors discuss the challenges and opportunities for leadership in addressing tuberculosis in Brazil, the Russian Federation, India, China and South Africa (BRICS) in 2015 and beyond. They are supportive of progress which has been made in tuberculosis control in BRICS countries, of having increased collaboration on tuberculosis in BRICS countries and of increasing tuberculosis research and treatment innovations in BRICS countries.
