Abstract
The article reports on the public-private partnership formed by City Supervisor Michael Sweeton in Warwick, New York to purchase the closed Mid-Orange Correctional Facility in Orange County. Topics discussed include the collaborative efforts and partnership between Warwick Land Development Corp. (LDC) and Warwick Valley Development Land Association LLC president Bob Schluter, the site planning, and the improvement of the former correctional facility property.
