Collagen diseases are chronic diseases, they can join a number of other organic diseases that may influence mental, and therefore we propose to study and in terms of psychosomatic of view which is a combination of psychic and somatic. In the present study were included 33 patients with collagen diseases associated with diseases cardiovascular receiving automatic thoughts questionnaire was applied to determine the interrelationships between these diseases and mental impairment of these patients. To obtain these results we used statistical methods to determined correlations, dependencies, homogeneity between diseases presented and mental illness determined after applying questionnaire.
