Abstract
The article discusses diagnosis of uterine adenomyosis in five southern three-banded armadillos. It mentions that the disease was revealed after the ovariohysterectomy and histopathologic evaluation of the uteri and at the time of postmortem examination. It further states that irregular endometrial glands and occasional hemorrhage within these glands were discovered by histopathologic evaluation of the animals.
