Abstract
The article focuses on the case of a 17-year-old female diagnosed with bilateral facial nerve palsy. The patients presented with a history of sudden onset of inability to close eyes, epiphora and inability to drink fluids from a cup due to drooling of fluids along the corners of the mouth. Based on laboratory results, her hermogram parameters are within normal limits while nerve conduction studies showed bilateral facial nerve axonopathy.
