Abstract
The article discusses a video art and design piece by Paul Sahre in which he attempted to launch a model rocket dedicated to his deceased father. The legal struggles of Sahre in his quest to launch a replica Saturn V rocket from a parking lot in New York are described and the design of the decoration of the model rocket is analyzed.
