Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 20-year-old man who presented with a five-day history of painless central vision loss. The patient underwent optical coherence tomography (OCT) and shows a prominent subretinal fluid and intraretinal cystoid spaces in the left macula. The article discusses the unilateral acute idiopathic maculopathy (UAIM), OCT, and acute posterior multifocal placoid pigment epitheliopathy (APMPPE).
