Abstract
The article discusses the use of a multiresidue method based on gas chromatography (GC) or liquid chromatography (LC) and mass spectrometry (MS) or tandem MS (MS/MS) to determine 204 pesticides in diverse food matrixes of animal and plant origin. Further purification by gel permeation chromatography and/or SPE (ENVI0Carb) is required for those with a high fat content or that contained chlorophyll. The validation of the methodology developed for the study is provided.
