Abstract
The article offers information on Halloween and how people can overcome their fears. It states that it was not always fun as ancient Celts who are believed to have originated it had to fight cold to celebrate it. It mentions that these people who belonged to Ireland believed that they had to fight evil and demons and so dressed up differently to confuse demons. It highlights that some people overcome their fears through drugs or drinks which is not healthy while others opt for therapy.
