Abstract
The article discusses various factors related to blurred vision. It is stated that why it is important to explore the past medical history for any eye injuries or disorders, as well as systemic conditions that have ocular manifestations such as diabetes, hypertension, and sickle cell diseases. In the primary care setting various basic examinations are generally undertaken, including visual acuity using a Snellen chart.
