Abstract
A letter to the editor is presented regarding the rearrangement of platelet-derived growth factor receptor, alpha polypeptide (PDGFRA) which led to multiple T-lymphoblastic lymphoma, hyper-eosinophilia, and precursor B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia, and myeloproliferative neoplasm with eosinophilia and abnormal mastocytosis.
