Abstract
In this article, the authors reflect on the quality of the authorship in medical journalism. They compare the medical news reported by experienced specialist health journalists with those from journalists in other categories. They reveal that stories from specialist health journalists are superior to the stories from other groups. They suggest that training of journalists regarding evidence-based medicine to improve health news reporting.
