Abstract
The article focuses on the Raul Yzaguirre School for Success charter school in Houston, Texas, and its success in educating English Language Learners (ELLs). According to the school's superintendent, Richard Farias, charter schools are part of the education reform movement in the U.S. It notes that money and facilities are not the main considerations of charter schools, but the passion of teachers to make sure that children succeed in school and become productive citizens.
