Abstract
The article presents a case of a 79-year-old woman who underwent orthopedic surgery for due to femoral bone fracture. The woman exhibited hemodynamic shock, low blood pressure, tachycardia and obnubilation, acute renal failure, hypertympanism during post-operative days. Further examination revealed that the woman developed acute idiopathic gastric necrosis.
